Arriving by car
Here you will find the various routes of how to get to the hospital by car:
Coming from the north:
Drive on the A7/E45 through the Elb tunnel and go off the autobahn taking the Waltershof turn-off (off-ramp 30) Follow the signs towards Wilhelmsburg / Freihafen [Freeport] / Köhlbrandbrücke. Continue to drive on the Finkenwerder Strasse into the Freihafen and then turn left on to the Köhlbrandbrücke. At the end of the Kohlbrandbrücke, turn right into the Neuhöfer Damm. You are now leaving the Freihafen. From there on, please follow the signs to the hospital.
Coming from the centre of town, with the Elbe bridges behind you, drive in a southerly direction. After the Elbe bridges, continue driving on the B 75 / A253 towards Wilhelmsburg. Leave the B75 / A253 at off-ramp 2 - HH-Wilhelmsburg. From there, please follow the signs to the hospital.
Coming from the south:
Coming from Bremen, leave the A1/E22 at the off-ramp 43 Buchholzer Dreieck and turn onto the A261. Continue on the A261 until the off-ramp 2 Hamburg Marmstorf / Lürade. Continue on the B 75 on the express way B 75 / A253. Leave the B 75 / A253 at the off-ramp 2 HH-Wilhelmsburg. From there, please follow the signs to the hospital.
Coming from Hanover, leave the A1/E22 at the off-ramp 37 HH-Stillhorn. Follow the Stillhorner Weg which merges into the road Kornweide. At the intersection Kornweide/Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse, please turn right. Continue on the Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse. At the intersection Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse/Mengestrasse/Bei der Wollkämmerei, please follow the signs to the hospital.
Coming from the east:
Irrespective of the direction you are coming from, drive on to the A1/E22. Continue on this road through the motorway junction Süd/Ost in the direction of Hanover/ Bremen. At the motorway junction HH-Süd, please continue to follow the signs to Hanover/Bremen. Leave the A1/E22 at the off-ramp 37 HH-Stillhorn. Continue on the Stillhorner Weg which merges into the road Kornweide. At the intersection Kornweide / Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse please turn to the right. Continue on the Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse. At the intersection Georg-Wilhelm-Strasse/Mengenstrasse/Bei der Wollkämmerei, please follow the signs to the hospital.
