Acute geriatrics

In acute geriatrics we not only support older people to overcome an acute illness but also to retain and improve the abilities they need to go about their daily life. We do this according to a holistic approach and have had many years of experience.

Early geriatric rehabilitation

In our department for early geriatric rehabilitation with an emphasis on neurology, we successfully treat more than 1000 patients every year and can draw on more than 10 years of experience. Usually, the patients are often older people with many illnesses which require diagnostics appropriate to their age and holistic rehabilitative therapies.

Outpatient clinic

At the geriatric centre's outpatient clinic, we treat patients whose handicap no longer requires an inpatient rehabilitation and who are already mobile enough to sleep at home and help themselves. The treatment is geared towards giving the patient the possibility of being discharged from the hospital as early as possible and to return home again and be capable of acting.
