We have our own kitchen and all meals are freshly prepared here. Our patients can choose from three menus daily; whereby the individual components can of course be interchanged. Apart from the regional cuisine, we also offer speciality weeks with international dishes every quarter. Naturally, we also prepare different food variants for your patients such as vegetarian dishes or special diets.
Range of services
Our patients meal wishes are noted by our assistant kitchen staff at their bedside. This allows for direct contact between the patient and the hospital kitchen and the nursing staff are relieved of non-nursing duties. Please note the following: For organisational reasons it is unfortunately not possible to prepare a personally requested menu on the day of admittance. In this case, patients are automatically given a standard menu, breakfast or dinner.
The kitchen team consists of cooks, dieticians and catering assistants. The dieticians are responsible for dietary and nutrition advice as well as for the preparation of of special food variants. Our patients meal wishes are noted by our assistant kitchen staff at their bedside.
